Krystelle Bolivar
XPS participant at SiemensKrystelle joined Siemens in October 2023 through the XPS Leadership Program. She is currently part of the Smart Infrastructure Competitiveness team, where she focuses on process optimization and automation initiatives within the Siemens Smart Infrastructure business. The SI Competitiveness Program is dedicated to closing the profitability gap to competition by implementing sustainable digitalization, automation, and structural initiatives across Siemens Smart Infrastructure\'s business units, functions, and countries.\r\nKrystelle completed her MBA at INSEAD. Prior to joining Siemens, she gained 10 years of multidisciplinary experience in consulting and finance and holds certifications as a CPA and CFA.
