Diverse talents from all around the world are encouraged to drive their career in finance at
Siemens through the Finance Excellence Program. This development program is a
demanding 24-month journey that includes up to three assignments around the world. It
provides the opportunity to demonstrate leadership expertise in tackling real challenges
across different business areas. Participants engage in specially developed trainings, receive
individual coaching, and have regular interactions with Siemens senior executives.
Primarily focusing on MBA graduates or talents with a Master of Finance degree from top
international business schools, only a handful of candidates are selected each year to
participate.
