Helena is the program manager of the XPS Leadership Program. She
has an in depth background and passion in training and development
of global talents, having led strategic initiatives for Siemens Talent
Recruiting Programs such as the Siemens Graduate Program, the
Finance Excellence Program as well as the XPS Leadership Program.
