Jutta is the program manager of the Finance Excellence Program. She has gained over 30 years of working experience at Siemens. Jutta has a finance background and gained a lot of knowledge in Corporate Finance. Now she has been managing the talent program for more than 16 years. She recruited and developed over 100 talents by now and is continuing with a lot of passion.
