ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE (in order of importance)

Including: Education, technical knowledge (number of years), company/industry experience, IT knowledge (levels required), languages etc.

MBA from reputed business school.

Investment Banking/IT (3yrs +) Preferable experience in the field of OTC trade reporting.

Disciplined approach to requirements gathering and analysis.

Experience in capturing, analysing and documenting functional & non-functional requirements on Agile projects.

In depth knowledge of OTC derivatives - SME in either Interest Rate, Credit or FX Derivatives

Sound knowledge of documentation required in each stage of the project life cycle.

Experience working within large/strategic projects in investment banking environment

Readily shares information/ knowledge. Develops highly effective working relationships

Actively collaborates with others across organisational boundaries in pursuit of common goals.

Recognises individual contributions and provide appropriate and timely feedback.

Highly articulate communicator with excellent written and verbal communication

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

Including: Interpersonal skills, management, leadership, communications, sales, planning and organising, project management skills etc.

Highly developed reasoning and analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and spoken) comfortable with detail

Self motivated, enthusiastic and proven fast learner

Strong team player

Structured worker able to efficiently manage multiple tasks

Takes ownership of project and deliveries
