Facebook is seeking an experienced program analyst to join our Agency Investment team which manages Facebooks partnership programmes with our global media agencies. You will partner closely with both in market and centrally based sales teams, key FB leadership teams, as well as other cross functional groups such as Product Marketing, Marketing Science, Finance, Legal and Compliance to drive our day to day management of our global investment programs on every operational dimension. A core part of the role will involve investment management, process development, business analysis and performance reporting. You will use your modelling skills, exceptional analytical skills and ability to derive insight from complex data to support the evolution of agency partnership programmes and aid decision making. You will provide business critical insights, ensure cross-functional alignment across partnership programme goals and execution, and help teams activate strategic partnerships and new initiatives. Additionally, you will have an active role in the development and roll-out of processes, policies and tools for performance tracking and best practice sharing. As well having a proven track record in business analysis and deal performance management, the candidate will need to demonstrate strong team working and influencing skills, as this is a highly cross-functional role. This role is both strategic and operational in nature.

Work closely with the other members of the Investment team to manage, develop and maximize the effectiveness of Facebook partnership programmes.
Managing the trading operations and acting as a first point of contact for Sales and other cross-functional partners
Responsible for all monthly, quarterly and periodic revenue tracking reports to inform key stakeholders (executive and operational) on trading deal performance Identify opportunities that can streamline the programme design and deal structuring process and improve efficiency and return of the programme.
Own business performance analysis capabilities that drive deep understanding of the performance drivers and demonstrate programme ROI and effectiveness.
Conduct complex analytical projects using internal and external data (e.g. revenue, product, market, industry) to derive insights that will drive programme development and decision making
Drive regional execution and deal management through the ability to quickly move from high level strategy conversations into detailed operational discussions, supporting all regions across all trading related activities
Play the role of impartial trading expert and counsel to local and regional sales teams by understanding global investment principles and objectives and ultimately ensuring decisions are made in the best interest
Reflect on the business and improve process, policies and efficiency. Ensure we have the best processes and tools for investment performance tracking and management
Support the agency investment team coordinating and leading cross-regional analysis (e.g. strategic modelling, quarterly business reviews, competitive analysis, revenue performance reviews and revenue forecasting)
Track record in the design and project management of complex strategic partnership programmes
BA/BSc required in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Economics or related field)
3+ years of work experience required in Sales Finance, Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, and/or Strategy Consulting
Advanced excel skills (e.g. high comfort level consolidating and joining large data sets)
Excellent knowledge of SQL required, with a strong aptitude to learn new data systems that will help the candidate to perform heavier analysis
Ability to show data and analysis in a compelling way.
Strong team working and influencing skills
Operational Excellence/Six Sigma Background
Proven experience in the media or technology industries (specifically digital media) is preferable.
