In this Talent Talk session, Global Career and Executive Coach, Caroline Egan will share with you her insights into working in the region, based on her experience of living there, and her work connected with the region for the last 9 years.

Caroline will explain: how the regional economy works; the difference between job markets in 3 of the Gulf’s key job markets: UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia; unique features of regional job markets; Pro’s and Con’s to working in the region; Current and Future hiring trends; Hiring demand for MBAs, and the Skills employers want in the region, as well as tips and resources on how to research these job markets further.

Caroline is an Executive Coach and Speaker specialising in Global Career Development, Mobility and Transitions; Business Psychology; and Leadership Development. She has specialist knowledge of the Middle East and its job market, having lived in the United Arab Emirates, as well as 3 other countries (Australia, Canada and Belgium). She regularly works with clients from over 50 countries and applies her global and cultural expertise to help clients achieve their career goals and transitions.

She has a unique combination of 15 years' professional experience as a practising Lawyer, prior to obtaining a Post-Graduate Diploma in Coaching and Career Development. She has 14 years' Coaching & Leadership Development experience, and will shortly be completing an MSc. in Business Psychology.
