Facebook’s Corporate Finance team is responsible for performing a variety of financial analyses supporting business decisions. Key areas of focus include M&A evaluations, capital structure planning and execution, and industry research and benchmarking. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment by creating thoughtful, detailed analyses that employ sound corporate finance principles. Extensive financial modelling experience, exceptional partnership and communication skills, and a patient and thoughtful temperament are important characteristics of an effective candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Build analyses studying financial & business performance, debt & equity capital markets, and capital structure. Develop key insights with meaningful and actionable analyses

Formulate and execute on capital return strategy, including share repurchase program

Perform in-depth analyses evaluating M&A/new initiatives, succinctly and effectively communicating key learnings

Manage broad group of banking partners who provide advisory services and capital support via revolving credit facility

Assist with ad-hoc projects supporting CFO and Treasurer, surfacing unique insights

Foster authentic relationships with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders to influence and drive project outcomes and capital allocation decisions

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

B.S. or MBA in Finance, Economics, or equivalent

10+ years of experience on financial analyses at an investment bank or private equity/VC firm

Analytical and modeling experience, experience with financial statement analysis and corporate finance concepts

Experience partnering with and influencing senior leaders

Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, S&P Capital IQ

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Corporate finance experience at high growth technology firm
