Senior BU Director at Johnson & Johnson

I am with JJMT more than 11 years and I am now Senior BU Director for Biosurgery business. During my career journey, I have been through various roles and responsibilities. I joined in July 2013 through IRDP program. In 2014, I worked on “Robotic-Wound Closure and MIP” project in Global Strategic Marketing in US. Between Oct 2014 and July 2016, I was District Sales Manager for Biosurgery Shanghai team and then transferred to Ethicon Marketing team as Senior Product Manager for Robotics. In Nov 2017, I was appointed as Marketing Head for Biosurgery business and played a vital role in returning the business to healthy growth. In 2020, I was Marketing Director for Market Access. I built up strategy for market access across Ethicon businesses, especially in VBP strategy design and execution, DRG policy shaping, and development of non-Clinical stakeholders’ education content. I helped the team build critical access capabilities and accelerated key people development. Since July 2022, I have been leading China Biosurgery business, nearly $300M in business size and 400+ people in China.
